“What a battle! These two teams went back and forth all night, trading off serving runs and scrappy plays. Despite the challenges, our team managed to stay poised and execute when it mattered most. This was a great experience for us; being tested on the road can really show what we are made of. Shoutout to Oyin Opawumi ’26, who sneakily had 27 kills and hit .411; she showed up big time when we needed her most. Also, a shoutout to Melanie Davidson ’24 for leading a handful of huge serving runs during crucial moments; she led the team with seven aces on the night. It was also great to see Coco Klinman ’26 make smart plays and help us stay in the fight throughout the match; she undoubtedly helped save us several times. Now we host a good Paraclete team Saturday and look forward to another challenge.” said coach Jordon Dyer
