Marnie completed her BA and her MA in Education at SUNY New Paltz where she was inducted into Kappa Delta Pi, the national honor society for teachers. She has served as a resource room teacher, consultant teacher, inclusion teacher, member of a district committee for special education, an adjunct teacher at the college level, as well as a curriculum consultant. In her role as Director of Cate's Learning Services Center, Marnie teaches the Freshman Study Skills course, supports individual students with learning and organizational skills, and coordinates academic tutoring and academic testing. She also acts as coordinator of the Student Services Committee. Marnie has completed training for both the Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes and All Kinds of Minds learning interventions. Beyond her work at Cate, Marnie enjoys running, hiking, and reading.
