Volleyball Senior Night Pink Out

Cate played against St Bonaventure last.
St. Bonny came out hot in the first set, setting the tone offensively and defensively, winning the first set 25-21. Cate responded well in the second set with tougher serving and better ball control, winning 25-20. Cate kept the advantage in the third set winning 25-22. The fourth set was back and forth, with Cate up 24-21 before St Bonny came back and won 28-26.
The third set was tight until St Bonny finished by going on a 10-2 run winning 15-10.
“This was a heavy weight fight with scoring streaks being delivered back and forth. So many lead changes and ups and downs, we stayed present and battled from the first point to the last point which is something to be proud of. St Bonny brought their A game and they finished on top, kudos to them. Our seniors all made a huge impact on the match tonight: Elise Tsai with 22 assists, Coco Kliman with 6 kills and 18 digs, Fallon Erickson with 24 assists and 18 digs, Emerson Evans with 4 kills and 2 aces, Evangeline Little with 17 digs, and Oyin Opawumi with 31 kills and 17 digs. Proud of our team’s effort and looking forward to playing our best volleyball come playoffs.” Said coach Jordon dyer.
