Cate Summer MINI

Keep Scrolling

Welcome to Cate Summer MINI!

In partnership with the Cate Early Learning Center, MINI camp is specifically designed for preschool children ages 3 through 5. Your child will make new friends, build social skills & develop teamwork in this encouraging environment.

Through specialized instruction from our experienced and licensed preschool teachers, hands-on activities, and on-site field trips at Cate School, children will think, create, and explore the world around them. Our Summer weekly themes provide children with the opportunity to do something they love or try something new and think outside of the box.

Our themes change each week during summer so your child will have access to a variety of experiences without leaving Cate School. Cate Summer MINI is a fun and exciting way to make the most of summer!

  • Dates: Monday – Friday, July 12-16 & July 19-23
  • Time: 8:00am – 12:30pm
  • Cost: $300 per week, includes materials and supplies
  • Drop off/Pick up location: Cate Early Learning Center

Children are naturally observant and curious.  At Cate Summer MINI, they will learn that those are the most valuable skills an Artist needs. Your budding artist will experiment with different styles of art, from finger painting to sculpting to making collages and more. At the end of the week, we will exhibit work with an art show.

What your child will experience during a week of Imaginarium:

  • Expression through Movement and Music
  • Whole Body Art
  • Painting and sketching
  • Sculpture and Clay work

From outside sport games to inside board games, this week is all about games big or small. Children will have fun, enjoy Cate’s athletic facilities, and take part in games such as:

  • Water Games
  • Ball Sports (soccer, tennis, volleyball, kickballs)
  • Bikes and Wheels (BYOBall+ Helmet)
  • Obstacle Courses
