Boys Varsity Basketball vs Laguna Blanca

Boys varsity basketball wrapped up the regular season with a 15-4 overall record and 5-2 league record to finish second in the Frontier League with a win over visiting Laguna 71-36.

Cate awaits their playoff draw on Sunday and will continue into the postseason next week.

Laguna was led by Christian Branch who finishes with 14. Cate had a balanced day with seven players scoring six points or more.  We were able to speed Laguna up in the 2nd and 3rd quarters while also being more patient on offense.

Tonight we celebrated our seniors by allowing them to play the entirety of the first quarter. A special group of guys. Two of them, Khadim Pouye and Thomas Nettesheim, I have had since they were freshmen.
