Our goal for the campus visit is to give applicants a sense of what distinguishes us as an exceptional educational institution, both in and out of the classroom. We want applicants to take full advantange of their visit, which is designed to allow prospective families to experience many different facets of life on the Mesa. When applicants visit Cate, they are able to go to a class, attend an all school assembly or Tuesday Talk, tour the campus with a current student, and interview with an Admission Committee member.

We only schedule campus visits in the FALL on:

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday with an arrival time of 7:45am, 9:00am and 9:45am

Wednesday with arrival times of 7:45am, 8:30am and 9:20am

Families should expect to arrive in the morning and spend approximately three and a half hours on campus. Appointments should be made in advance by calling (805) 684-4127, ext. 217.

If you are interested in coming for a preliminary visit in the SPRING we do accommodate for 7th grade families in mid April into May. These visits happen on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Please call in March to arrange for a visit (805) 684-4127, ext 217.
