Although Bryan’s background is in financial management, his first interest is in working with young people. While majoring in business during college, he served as counselor at a camp for terminally ill children; moving to California in 2000, he became Coordinator for Students of Color at Cate. Now Director of Diversity, he is responsible for the recruitment and retention of both students and faculty of color.

A four-year member of Gettysburg’s basketball team, Bryan coaches boys’ varsity basketball at Cate. He lives in Cook House East with his wife.
